Community Day

Saturday, Sept. 11, 2004 at 7:01 p.m.

What a lazy day it is! I’ve done pretty much nothing but sleep all friggin day. But that’s because I got home late last night. Well late for me.

So last night I ventured all the way to Waterford by myself! I was so excited! Sean told me a much easier way to go this time. Not a lot of turning so it all worked out. So I pretty much just chilled with Sean all night. Kind of watched some movies. Well I had every intention of watching “My Big Fat Greek Wedding,” but then we started talking and it was just pointless because I was lost. I stayed till a little after 11 and then ventured back home! No problems! I was excited! Now I can find my way to his house! All is good! It was super good to see him though! It’s been like forever! And I got to meet his kiddie too, so it was a fun time!

So I woke up around noon. Mother, Colleen and I went to Mohonasen for community day. That was interesting. Didn’t really do much of anything. Visited Jake at his Ambulance thing. I was hoping Captain Drew would be there, but he wasn’t! How upsetting is that?! I got another ribbon magnet for my car since the other one was stolen! This one is red, white & blue and says, “One Nation under God.” I just hope no one steals it this time!!

So school’s going good. Well as good as it can go after 2 days. I still can’t understand a damn word my economics professor is saying, but that’s ok. Precalc is hilarious. I couldn’t give out something on my calculation the other night and I was all upset, but then I realized I was trying to cube root something instead of getting it to the 3rd power! So I figured that out and I was much better.

Monday I have my first Business Law class. I’m excited to see what that’s all about. It looks like I’ll do good in it. I just hope the teacher isn’t an ass, but I heard he’s cool. We’ll see.

My car sucks. I really picked a winner. It’s going back to Wedekind on Monday. I don’t even know what time this is, probably the 4th time. The check engine light came on again, the radio’s screwed up, and the brakes are squeaky. So they’re giving me one of their cars and I’ll get mine back sometime. Hopefully it’ll be for good, but I’m not counting on it.

I’m waiting for my cousin to get out of work so we can go to dinner at TOPS. But that won’t be till after 9:30! I need his advice on things so we’re going to dinner! How cute huh?

Well kids I think I’m going to go do some homework or try and hunt down Sean or something. Later!
