Night in Oneonta!

Friday, Oct. 01, 2004 at 10:31 p.m.

Today was hilarious. Dawn, Dan, Erin and I went out to Oneonta to do a sales rally with the new staff of the store. That went really well, but what happened before and after was what was hysterical!!

I got to the store early so I went with Dan to this Griffy’s place on State Street to put a down payment on some trailer he’s buying. He scared the crap out of me with his driving. But anyway we get there and we’re waiting for the contract to go through when we realize his credit card expired YESTERDAY!!! LoL. I was laughing my ass off, but he was pissed. So we haul ass back to Rotterdam to pick up Dawn and Erin.

The drive up was kind of boring. He picked on me a lot, but what else is new. We stopped at Brook’s B-B-Q for dinner. LoL. The waitress comes over to ask us what kind of drinks we wanted and this is Daniel’s response: “I want a large, extra large, the biggest size diet you have…you know what, do you have a bucket or something?” The said thing is he was serious! SCARY!

So we do our sales rally. He puts me on the stop and makes me do role playing with Dawn and the Newbie. Oh, and him too. Yea, that was fun. Dawn and I took off for like 20 minutes to get drinks for everyone. We went to Subway and there was a line out the door. The poor kid was all by himself.

The way home was the best. We get off at the Cooperstown exit to find 30A. But we have no clue where it was so we stop at a Hess, and they tell Dan to turn at the Red Barrel Luckily Dawn’s a hick and knows the Red Barrel is convenient store out there! LoL. So Dan and I are flipping because we’re looking for a “Red Barrel.”

Then the fun turned to making fun of Dawn and her hick language: “Jen! You give him the Willies,” “Dan’s speaking out both ends of his ass!”

Then we stop in Johnstown and I get freaked out by the locals. They were scary. I wouldn’t even pee there and Dan yelled at me. So it was interesting. But the highlight of the night was this quote from me: “Dan, do you hang?” LoL! I was talking about his legs hanging from the car because his car is raised up and my feet hang out the side when I’m trying to get down. LoL. But it came out wrong, and everyone started laughing at me. Niiiiiice!

Well I miss my baby, so im going to try and hunt him down and go to bed! Night kids!
